Executive Director, Outpatient Services

General Summary: The Executive Director of Outpatient Services provides executive leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for Serenity Lane's outpatient service line across all outpatient locations.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, this position is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, organizational growth, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer experience throughout the outpatient division.

The Executive Director partners with organizational leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives that strengthen business operations, improve efficiency, increase market presence, and support organizational goals.

This role does not provide clinical oversight or supervision.

Essential Duties: Executive Leadership Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all outpatient operations.

Develop and execute long-term operational strategies aligned with organizational priorities.

Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and contribute to organization-wide planning and decision-making.

Lead initiatives that support organizational growth, sustainability, and operational excellence.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Operational Management Direct the day-to-day business operations of all outpatient locations through Regional Directors.

Establish operational goals, performance metrics, and accountability measures.

Standardize operational processes across all outpatient locations to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Identify opportunities to improve workflow, productivity, and operational performance.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement plans when necessary.

Ensure all outpatient locations maintain compliance with organizational policies, payer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards from an operational perspective.

Financial Leadership Develop, monitor, and manage outpatient operating budgets.

Drive financial performance through effective resource allocation and operational efficiencies.

Analyze financial reports, productivity metrics, reimbursement trends, and business analytics to guide decision-making.

Collaborate with Finance to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and capital planning.

Identify opportunities to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve operational sustainability.

Ensure sound business and billing practices are maintained throughout outpatient operations.
