What You'll Do You'll be at the center of both our accounting and development operations by: Processing daily financial receipts and preparing reconciliation reports.Managing accounts payable and inventory accounting for our Audiology department.Recording invoices, credit memos, inventory adjustments, and monthly accruals.Maintaining accurate donor records and ensuring fundraising data stays current and reliable.Processing gifts, donations, auctions, and fundraising transactions with accuracy.Supporting donor acknowledgments, reporting, and stewardship efforts.Collaborating with Finance, Development, Donor Relations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless operations.Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance data accuracy.Assisting with additional accounting and administrative projects as needed.
