Manufacturing Methods Engineering Technician (2nd shift)
Join our manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Methods Engineering Technician (2nd shift) and play a key role in driving operational efficiency and equipment reliability.
This is a hands-on opportunity to apply your technical skills, support process improvements, and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
What will you do?
* Assist in designing and optimizing manufacturing systems to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency
* Execute preventive maintenance programs and troubleshoot equipment issues to reduce downtime
* Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and data-driven analysis
* Maintain compliance with operational health and safety standards while ensuring quality control across production
What are the key skills we are looking for?
* Drives for Results - advanced level; executing tasks with focus and accountability to meet production targets
* Manufacturing Design and Methodology - intermediate level; applying engineering principles to optimize production systems
* Automation Integration - intermediate level; supporting the implementation of automated solutions in manufacturing processes
* Lean Methodology - intermediate level; identifying waste and driving efficiency improvements on the shop floor
* Quality Control & Inspection - intermediate level; ensuring products meet specifications through systematic testing and validation
* Manufacturing Process Optimization - intermediate level; analyzing workflows to enhance throughput and reduce cycle times
* Digital Literacy - intermediate level; using digital tools and systems to monitor and improve operational performance
* Influencing Skills - intermediate level; collaborating with teams to gain buy-in for process changes and improvements
