POSITION PURPOSE: The Change Management Analyst will support Network Operations Center (NOC) leadership and technical teams by utilizing Network Element Management Systems (EMS) and Operational Support Systems (OSS) to identify circuits affected by network maintenance and deliver timely, accurate, and customer-focused notifications.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing data entry, maintaining system accuracy, and supporting cross-platform data integrity across multiple tools and systems.
