Work you'll do

As a OneStream Manager, on the Business Finance team, you will be responsible for:


* Leading project workstreams across OneStream and finance transformation initiatives, including planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics initiatives


* Translating client business requirements into OneStream solution designs, finance process recommendations, and implementation and deployment plans


* Managing day-to-day client interactions, team activities, and delivery milestones across project phases


* Developing executive-ready analyses, status updates, and deliverables that support finance function modernization


* Coaching junior team members while identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve engagement outcomes

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university


* 6+ years of consulting experience, including two full OneStream implementations


* 4+ years of experience with requirements gathering solution design, configuration, testing and deployment activities


* 2+ years leading project workstreams or teams
