Business Valuation - Senior Consultant

We offer comprehensive end-to-end support and advisory services, covering areas such as valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability.

The team works closely with clients at every stage of their journey, helping them navigate challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and implement practical solutions before, during, and after major transformational projects or transactions creating lasting impact.

Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant on the Valuation & Modeling team, you will be responsible for:


* Performing financial reporting valuations for business combinations, including purchase price allocations, enterprise values, intangible assets, and legal entities


* Supporting goodwill and indefinite-lived and long-lived asset impairment analyses for financial reporting purposes


* Conducting valuations for tax purposes across federal, state, local, international, and personal tax matters, including tax purchase price allocations


* Assisting clients with business plan development, strategic investment decisions, and other financial objectives through valuation analyses


* Preparing valuations for derivative securities, debt instruments, employee stock option plans, and regulatory or compliance purposes

The team

Our Valuation & Modeling team provides financial modeling for business planning, transactions, and operational improvements.

We conduct valuation for tax purposes, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), litigation, bankruptcy, and risk management.

Additionally, we support audit processes with fair value measurements.
