In this role, you will:

Job Purpose


* Own the end-to-end growth of Shopee and TikTok Shop for a new brand, including store setup, commercial planning, stakeholder management, marketing execution, and P&L management to drive sustainable sales growth.

Responsibilities


* Lead the setup and daily management of Ecommerce stores.


* Coordinate with key stakeholders, including Platform teams, Marketing, Enablers, Agencies, Supply Chain, and Customer Service, to ensure smooth execution.


* Develop and execute commercial plans covering assortment, pricing, promotions, campaigns, and traffic growth initiatives.


* Manage platform relationships to maximize opportunities in campaigns, livestreams, flash sales, and visibility programs.


* Work closely with marketing and agency partners to drive performance through affiliate marketing, paid ads, KOL/KOC programs, and livestream activities.


* Monitor and optimize key business metrics including GMV, traffic, conversion, ROAS, and profitability.


* Own channel P&L and ensure efficient investment across trade spending, platform support, affiliate costs, and media budgets.
