Among celebrated restaurants in Anaheim, Tocca Ferro showcases hand-cut steaks, daily hand-rolled pastas like ricotta gnocchi carbonara, fresh seafood bounty, and an extensive beverage program highlighting Italian-California wines alongside craft cocktails in a rustic yet elegant atmosphere.

Provide exceptional guest service to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction while maintaining quality standards and compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

This position supports operations at both Tocca Ferro Italian Chophouse and Parkestry Rooftop Bar, assisting in delivering a consistent and elevated guest experience while contributing to departmental and financial objectives.

Due to the operational needs of both outlets, flexible scheduling and open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, are required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


* Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.


* Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness.
