Overview

The Payroll Administrator is responsible for administering payroll operations across the Cavalier Resort Campus, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely payroll processing for multiple hospitality entities and employee populations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


* Process biweekly payroll across multiple locations


* Audit payroll, timekeeping, PTO, and deductions.


* Serve as Workday and timekeeping subject matter expert.


* Train managers on payroll compliance and timekeeping processes.


* Analyze payroll variances, overtime and labor trends.


* Resolve employee payroll inquiries while maintaining confidentiality.


* Identify and implement payroll process improvements.


* Performs any other job-related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience


* Knowledge of Federal and State wage & hour and tax laws.


* Minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll processing.


* Workday experience

* Proficient in Microsoft Office products and advanced Excel skills.


* Excellent customer service skills.


* Sharp analytical skills with the ability to identify "why"
