Work you'll do
As a Dynamics CRM Technical Senior Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, you will help clients design, build, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions that improve business processes and user experience.
You will lead a defined technical workstream within a broader multidisciplinary project team, driving solution design, development, and delivery across functional and technical requirements.
In this role, you will support solution architecture, configuration, custom development, integrations, data migrations, and deployment activities, while helping ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and aligned to client goals.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional leads, architects, developers, and offshore/onshore delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
You will be expected to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, explain design choices and trade-offs, and contribute to solution documentation, process flows, and presentation materials using tools such as MS Visio and MS PowerPoint.
You may also mentor junior team members and help coordinate delivery across workstreams to keep execution aligned with project timelines and quality standards.
