Associate Vice President, Engineering Delivery Management

Deloitte is seeking an experienced architecture leader to support large-scale public sector transformation efforts as an Associate Vice President, Engineering Delivery Management.

In this role, you will help shape the enterprise architecture strategy for the client ecosystem, guiding modernization efforts that align technology investments with long-term business objectives.

You will work across technical and functional stakeholders to drive scalable, secure, and interoperable solutions in a complex delivery environment.

This role is well suited for a leader who brings deep enterprise architecture experience, cloud strategy knowledge, and a strong background in large, integrated systems.

Work you'll do

As an Associate Vice President, Engineering Delivery Management on the Government & Public Services Engineering as a Service team, you will be responsible for:


* Defining and governing enterprise architecture strategy across the client ecosystem to support business priorities, scalability, and long-term platform modernization


* Developing architecture roadmaps and phased migration strategies to evolve a monolithic environment toward a modular, service-oriented, cloud-ready platform


* Providing architectural oversight and technical guidance across delivery teams, contractors, and client stakeholders to align new initiatives with the broader technology vision


* Evaluating cloud application, infrastructure, integration, and interoperability requirements and recommending solutions that support performance, security, and maintainability


* Researching emerging technologies and architectural approaches to identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, resilience, and operational effectiveness
