Job description
The Role
Korn Ferry is seeking an experienced University Recruiter for a 4-6 month contract assignment.
As a member of Korn Ferry, the contract University Recruiter will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients.
This role focuses on high-touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client-facing activities.
The contract University Recruiter is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a strong talent pipeline for internship and entry-level positions.
* Conduct role briefings with clients, establish recruitment expectations, and execute the agreed recruitment process.
* Use competency-based screening to identify, assess, and shortlist high-quality candidates.
* Build strong relationships with students by communicating career opportunities and the client's employee value proposition to position the client as an employer of choice.
* Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities and recruitment strategies.
* Manage candidate sourcing activities and recruitment processes to ensure efficient delivery.
Required Skills:
* 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
* 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
* 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
* 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches
* Strong executive presence with the ability to influence change
* Excellent presentation skills
* High School Diploma
Preferred Skills:
* Bachelor's degree

* Previous experience attending National conferences including NSBE, SWE, SHPE, SASE
