Administrative Assistant
American Senior Communities is now hiring an Administrative Assistant
Are you someone who thrives on keeping things organized, solving problems, and helping a team succeed? We're looking for an Administrative Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing exceptional administrative support.
Job Details
* Provide administrative support to leadership and office staff
* Assist with reporting and analytics by generating and formatting reports for distribution
* Manage calendars and meetings
* Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors professionally
* Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other business documents
* Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
* Order office supplies and coordinate vendor relationships
* Assist with special projects and company events
* Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
* Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
* 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Professional demeanor and positive attitude
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
