What you will do

The Digital Shelf Project Lead leads the end-to-end execution of Digital Shelf initiatives, ensuring product content is accurately created, collected, approved, and delivered to support new product launches, content refreshes, packaging updates, optimization initiatives, and retailer requirements.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for Brand Teams, Customer Development, and Digital Shelf Optimization partners, driving alignment across stakeholders and ensuring content is ready for successful syndication and retailer execution.

This role is responsible for coordinating Digital Shelf content creation, content collection, workflow execution, and readiness activities across multiple stakeholders.

Working closely with Brand Teams, CX Optimization Leads, Syndication Leads, MarTech teams, and external partners, the Digital Shelf Project Lead ensures content is delivered on time, projects remain on track, and Digital Shelf requirements are met prior to retailer syndication.

Key Responsibilities



* Serve as the primary Digital Shelf point of contact for Brand Teams, Customer Development Teams, and CX Optimization Leads, providing project leadership and coordination across Digital Shelf initiatives.


* Lead end-to-end execution of Digital Shelf projects including new product launches (NPIs), restages, packaging updates, content refreshes, optimization initiatives, and retailer-specific requirements.


* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, key milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project delivery.


* Coordinate the collection and readiness of Digital Shelf assets, copy, metadata, product information, and retailer-specific content requirements.
