Representative, Sales

Responsibilities

The Sales Representative is responsible for sales of Business Unit solutions to customers in a geography or market.

Duties include forecasting and achieving annual objectives for sales, margins and volume growth.

Position is focused on securing business from prospective and current accounts in an effort to meet sales objectives.

Minimal training and oversight is required; works autonomously on a day-to-day basis.

Up to 75% travel is required.Qualifications



* Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.



* 1-3 years of sales, account management, or business development experience in a business-to-business environment.



* Demonstrated success achieving sales targets, growing customer accounts, and managing complex sales cycles.



* Proficiency with CRM systems, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and Microsoft Office applications.



* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.



* Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.



* Preferred qualifications include experience in the assigned industry or market segment, solution-based selling, and contract negotiation.
