Custodian (Friday- Sunday 10:00 pm- 5:30 am)

SET PAY RATE: $17.75/ HourShift: Friday- Sunday 10:00 pm- 5:30 amUnder the supervision of the Project Manager and on-site Supervisor, the Custodian performs general cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure that assigned facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Secondary supervision is provided by the Contracts Administrator.What you will do


* Clean offices, common areas, restrooms, and public spaces


* Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces


* Empty trash and replenish restroom supplies


* Clean windows, glass, mirrors, walls, elevators, and other building surfaces


* Spot clean carpets and perform floor care as needed


* Assist with furniture setup and breakdown for special events


* Remove snow and ice from walkways (when required)


* Safely use cleaning equipment and supplies


* Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards


* Follow all safety policies and contract requirements
