Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, patient-focused, and team-oriented Staff Pharmacist to join our growing pharmacy team.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional pharmaceutical care, ensure safe and accurate medication dispensing, collaborate with healthcare providers, and help deliver an outstanding patient experience while maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations.


* Accurately verify and dispense prescription medications in accordance with state and federal laws.


* Provide medication counseling and clinical education to patients.


* Review prescriptions for accuracy, drug interactions, allergies, and therapeutic appropriateness.


* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.


* Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and other support staff.


* Ensure compliance with all pharmacy policies, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance standards.


* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.


* Participate in inventory management, medication ordering, and controlled substance accountability.


* Administer immunizations and other clinical services as permitted by state regulations.


* Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered work environment.

EDUCATION:  BS degree in Pharmacy required.  PharmD degree helpful.  Valid license to practice as pharmacist in MA.  Obtain CE credits needed for license renewal as required

EXPERIENCE:  Previous experience preferred

SKILLS/ABILITIES: Knowledge of contemporary outpatient pharmacy systems, general clinical knowledge and expertise in traditional therapeutics and patient centered care, excellent comprehension of written policies and procedures, Ability to make appropriate decisions, develop and complete follow-up actions, Ability to motivate and direct staff, Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)...
