Pay & Schedule


* Starting Wage: $21.00/hour


* Schedule: Full-Time | PM Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)


* Location: San Francisco Post Acute, San Francisco, CA

Position Overview

As a Healthcare Aide/Nursing Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting residents and assisting the nursing team with daily care activities.

Responsibilities include:


* Assisting residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.


* Observing residents and promptly reporting any changes in condition to the nursing staff.


* Supporting the healthcare team in providing high-quality resident care and services.


* Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, families, and staff.


* Following all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.
