The Human Resources Manager (HRM) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
The HRM will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

* This position will directly supervise HR Business Partner and indirectly assist in the coaching and mentoring of all department leaders.
* Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
* Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR Manager to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
* Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
* Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
* Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
* Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
* Participates in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
* Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
* Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
* Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
* Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
* Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
* Schedules interviews; oversees the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
* Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
