Senior End Users and Strategic Customers Field Sales Representative I

Objectives


* Gain market share for Drive business of Schneider Electric (Activity name: IDVSD and IDSDS)


* Drive: VSD (Variable Speed Drive), VFD (Variable Frequency Drive), Inverter for motor control (Low voltage & Medium Voltage)

Responsibility


* Promote all SE solution to assigned End Users and OEMs (Automation, Energy management and Software


* Develop new End User in focus segment (Batter Material, Hydrogen...etc.)


* Manage assigned End Users related to Industrial Automation focus segments related to Drive product/solution


* Manage partnership with SI related to Drive offer/solution


* Manage OEM customers related to Marine applications (IAS, FGCS, Scrubber, HVAC, ESD...etc.) focusing on Drive


* Develop partnership with Motor manufacturer company to package with Drive product/solution/

Qualifications - External


* Drive market understanding (competition, technology, customer & application)


* Knowledge on Industrial Automation (PLC, Invterter, Remote IO and Safety) and Energy Management (Breakers, Contactors and Motor management solution) products/solution


* Ability for coordinating End User sales, OEMs and other external partners


* Excellent communication skills with using technical specific area (Automation and Energy Management)

Preferred Qualification


* Experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects are preferred.


* Experience in managing complex project stakeholders, including EPCs, consultants, end users, and system integrators.
