Senior Specialist, Project Execution - Project Manager

This project manager role is responsible for managing major, multi-year projects that directly impact customer operations and business outcomes.

You will serve as the primary project leader, overseeing all aspects of planning, execution, customer engagement, and delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities include:


* Own and manage large-scale data center infrastructure projects from order intake through final delivery and closeout.


* Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and project completion.


* Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and financial performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.


* Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and resource plans across multiple workstreams.


* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively addressing potential issues.


* Serve as the primary customer-facing representative, building strong relationships and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.


* Lead customer communications, project reviews, status updates, and executive-level discussions.


* Coordinate effectively with engineering, construction, procurement, service, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.


* Drive safety compliance and promote a strong culture of operational excellence throughout project execution.


* Manage contractors, vendors, and other external stakeholders to ensure quality and schedule commitments are met.


* Prioritize competing demands across multiple stakeholders while maintaining focus on customer commitments and project objectives.


* Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery quality and operational efficiency.


* Lead complex, long-duration projects within active construction and mission-critical infrastructure environments.


* Make informed decisions in ambiguous situations and resolve challenges with limited supervision.

Qaulifications
We are seeking an experienced project leader / project manager who thrives in customer-facing environments and has a proven track record managing large, complex infrastructure projects.

Success in this role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, leadership capability, and the ability to confidently navigate challenging customer situations.

Preferred qualifications include:


* Bachelor's degree required, PMP preferred


* 8-12+ years of project management experience, preferably within data centers, critical infrastructure, construction, utilities, industrial, or related environments.
