Senior Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

The Senior Inside Sales Representative, with minimal supervision, manages an assigned sales account base and functions to provide value to a selected group of customers.Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or GED required.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.


* Strong verbal and written communication skills.


* Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.


* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).


* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.


* Problem-solving and negotiation skills.


* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


* Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred (if applicable).
