Pay Rate: $19.00 /hour
Schedule: Full-Time; Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (flexible scheduling available)

What You'll Do
* Provide recovery‑oriented psychiatric rehabilitation services based on individualized service plans
* Support consumers with daily living skills, medication education, budgeting, self‑care, and supportive counseling
* Maintain a small caseload (4-5 consumers) while promoting independence and personal growth
* Accompany consumers to medical appointments and complete daily van runs
* Meet regularly with individuals in their homes, schools, and community settings
* Build trusting relationships that encourage personal growth and success
* Assist clients in overcoming barriers that may interfere with their ability to live productive and fulfilling lives
* Administer medications in accordance with DPW standards
* Respond appropriately to crises and support healthy relationships
* Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with 2600 regulations
* Collaborate with program staff while working independently as needed
* Assist with light housekeeping, meals, and other hands‑on support as required
What You'll Bring
Education & Experience
* High School Diploma or Associate's Degree with at least 1 year of experience in a human services‑related field
* Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
* Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Required Clearances & Qualifications
* PA Criminal Clearance
* PA Child Abuse Clearance (if applicable)
* FBI Fingerprint Clearance
* Valid Driver's License
* Not listed on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion lists
