Job responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end ISO 20022 program management, including planning, execution, and delivery across payment channels, clearing systems, and client integrations
* Drive global ISO transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with industry timelines (e.g., SWIFT November 2026 migration milestones)
* Coordinate across multiple applications to ensure consistent adoption of ISO standards (e.g., Hybrid Address, structured data)
* Partner with business, operations, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory readiness, auditability, and data integrity
* Define and execute program governance, including steering committees, status reporting, RAID tracking, and executive updates
* Manage cross-channel and cross-region dependencies, ensuring seamless interoperability across domestic and international payment flows
* Identify and mitigate program risks, including regulatory, data quality, and integration risks, with clear remediation strategies
* Manage migration readiness, and cutover planning for large-scale ISO releases across channels and platforms
* Influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership to align on priorities, trade-offs, and delivery commitments
* Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards
* Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements
