Senior Scrum Master II

Mission
Own and drive end-to-end product cost competitiveness across plants and Lines of Business (LoB) for low voltage business division.

Champion technical productivity and lead execution to maximize savings, accelerate delivery, and enable effective global decision-making.

Drive CSC reduction in partnership with GSC across international plants along with leagues.
Key Responsibilities

1.

Technical Productivity Leadership
- Champion productivity roadmap across LoBs and plants
- Deliver measurable and sustainable savings

2.

Project & Program Management
- Lead end-to-end technical project execution
- Apply Agile/Scrum and structured governance
- Track KPIs (cost, speed, quality, delivery)
- Align engineering, plants, procurement, quality and finance teams
- Provide data-driven insights for leadership decisions3.

Plant & Industrialization
- Support industrialization of LV products (ACB, MCCB, Contactors, FDP)
- Drive change management and ensure compliance
- Support CSC reduction with GSC and global plants
- Lead design-to-cost, VA/VE, and localization initiatives
Skills & Tools
- Program & stakeholder management through Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Demonstration of Digital tools and applications to bring efficiency in KPIs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project/Planner, Excel, PowerPoint applications
Key Competencies
- Product cost breakup analysis and VAVE on system/component solutions
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Analytical and financial acumen
- Excellent communication, execution focus & ownership mindset

Qualifications & Experience
- 15-20 years in project/program management and technical execution
- Strong experience in manufacturing and industrial environments
- Expertise in LV products: ACB, MCCB, Contactors, Busways & Final Distribution comp
- Deep knowledge of plant operations, GSC, quality, and change management
Education
- Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent preferred
