* 3 years of process/manufacturing engineering experience, applying advanced engineering principals in a manufacturing environment.'
* 'Proven ability to evaluate machines and leading capital projects
* CNC Machining experience
* Ability to function effectively in a team environment, effectively collaborate with other departments and work independently as well
* Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
* Strong computer skills (MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook) including ERP experience
* Solid analytical skills and the ability to define and brainstorm solutions to problems
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and priority shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
' Aerospace industry experience or exposure
' Training in Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement Tools
' Familiarity with ISO 9000 or AS9100 quality standards' Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods to improve safety, reduce scrap, improve first pass yields and throughput, and reduce costs.
