Reporting to the Maintenance & Reliability Manager, this role will directly supervise and lead the Electrical Maintenance team.

What You Will Do



* Lead Halsey's Electrical Maintenance Team comprised of day and rotating-shift workers, who are responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical / electronic systems and equipment in high volume manufacturing environment.


* Coordinate maintenance execution efforts that drive improvement in all associated work processes affecting EHS, compliance, reliability, quality, production, and costs.


* Facilitate team development and growth, individual skill development, problem-solving and issue resolution, and workplace culture by building employee commitment, ownership, and accountability.


* Ensure Electrical Safe Work Practice compliance.


* Perform Safety walks in the areas to improve employee engagement and maintenance performance.


* Monitor the quality of craft work and provide directions to crew members to build capability and maximize efficiency.


* Track departmental KPI's and report on team performance.


* Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (SAP) to schedule work.


* Work closely with Operations Leaders, Technical Team, Electrical Planner, and Facilities / Utilities Engineer to ensure safe working environments, address issues, execute maintenance services, and improve the reliability and efficiency of assets.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* 2 years supervising maintenance technicians.


* Minimum 5 years' electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial settings, including at least


* Hands-on experience with single- and three-phase systems up to 2300 V; electrical controls, PLCs, AC/DC motor controllers and drives.


* Experience with CMMS (SAP preferred), MS Word/Excel.


* Experience in leading improvement efforts in Reliability, Predictive and Preventive Maintenance.
