About This Role: 

CPG is currently hiring a Driver Recruiter for our team in Columbus, OH! 

The Driver Recruiter will be responsible for the recruitment of qualified Owner Operators and establish a pipeline for sufficient future driver demands.

In this role, you will build lasting relationships with our contractors that center around our core values:

Your typical day looks like:


* Conducting day-to-day Owner Operators recruiting activities, following recruiting processes and acting as a resource on all points of the recruitment cycle.


* Creatively sourcing and developing a pool of qualified Owner Operator applicants using traditional and non-traditional techniques including social media channels, cold calling/direct sourcing, networking, job fairs, employment agencies, internet searches, postings, etc.
