Maintenance Surveyor

Salary: £43,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependant upon qualifications and experience

Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw)

What you?ll do


* Inspect properties and manage repairs across your assigned patch


* Provide clear technical advice to trades and contractors


* Handle disrepair cases and address damp and mould issues


* Oversee building works and ensure delivery meets agreed timelines


* Prepare empty homes quickly for re-let

You are


* Qualified to HNC/HND/Degree level in Surveying or Construction, or MCIOB


* Knowledgeable in damp and mould, holding PCAQT and HHSRS or willing to gain


* Experienced in diagnosing property issues and specifying remedial works


*  Knowledgeable in building pathology, including subsidence


* Experienced in managing contractors and ensuring health and safety compliance

* You?ll work Monday to Friday


* You?ll manage your own diary


*  Cover North Lakes patch, including travel and home working


* Use your own vehicle insured for business use, we pay your mileage


* Basic DBS required, we pay that
