Job Description:

The Talent Attraction Partner is responsible for delivering full-cycle recruiting across EMEA, supporting a variety of professional, commercial, corporate, manufacturing, and operational roles.

This position partners closely with HR, hiring managers, and business leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with Greif's Talent Attraction strategy.

This role serves as a key member of Greif's global Talent Attraction team, bringing knowledge of local labor markets, hiring practices, and compliance requirements across EMEA.

The Talent Attraction Partner will leverage sourcing expertise, technology, and market intelligence to build talent pipelines and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting Delivery



* Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across EMEA, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and onboarding support.


* Support hiring for professional, administrative, commercial, manufacturing, and plant support positions.


* Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.


* Deliver a positive candidate experience through proactive communication and effective process management.


* Ensure timely movement of candidates through the recruitment lifecycle while maintaining high quality standards.

Market Expertise & Compliance



* Maintain knowledge of local labor market trends, hiring practices, and compliance requirements across EMEA.


* Ensure recruiting activities are aligned with local employment laws and company policies.


* Provide market insights related to talent availability, compensation expectations, and competitive hiring trends.

Sourcing & Talent Attraction



* Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates across multiple markets.
