Throughout the placement, you will be paired with an experienced specialist who will provide you with the hands-on training, mentoring, and coaching to support you in becoming a creative problem solver, helping you towards completing the meaningful projects that you will be assigned.

The project: Wagerup Conveyor Pulley Asset Data Standardisation – Mechanical

Support the improvement of conveyor pulley asset data and reliability at Wagerup by contributing to a project focused on standardising equipment information, drawings, and spare parts strategies.

The project aims to enhance data quality, reduce equipment downtime, and enable more efficient maintenance and inventory management practices across operations.

Your involvement


* Supporting collection and validation of asset data for conveyor pulley assemblies


* Assisting in developing and standardising Bills of Materials (BOMs) and equipment documentation


* Contributing to creation and alignment of drawings, stock numbers, and specifications


* Analysing equipment performance issues (e.g.

bearing and shaft failures) to identify improvements


* Supporting development of a standardised spare parts and inventory strategy
