Quant Senior Associate [Multiple Positions Available]
DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Work both independently and collaboratively to complete analytical tasks from end-to-end with minimal guidance.
starting with problem identification, analysis of data, and formulating concise conclusions with actionable recommendations.
Develop and maintain periodic analytics to provide management with full insight into emerging trends including the performance of lending product strategies and recommend new portfolio lending strategies.
Develop project proposals, perform data mining, and build predictive models such as clustering and decision tree analyses to uncover customer behavior patterns and enhance customer segmentation for targeted marketing.
Conduct strategic analysis and generating thoughtful recommendations, build and optimize lending strategies, and work with partners to get strategies implemented.
Support marketing campaign analytics.
Translate analytical findings into actionable business solutions, design experiments, and manage project timelines independently.
Develop and apply mathematical or statistical theory to collect, organize, interpret, and summarize numerical data from multiple sources.
Use efficient data warehousing for scalable analytics, contribute to the development of industry-leading lending strategies through segmentation techniques.
Communicate with Executive stakeholders on lending initiatives, discuss solutions, and seek approval.
Use detailed understanding of key performance metrics and profitability drivers, enabling the delivery of insights encompassing the full account lifecycle.
Visualize data and present findings to Executive stakeholders on lending initiatives and solution discussion.
Develop deep and productive working relationship with the leaders across Marketing, Finance, and Risk.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Management of Technology, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or as Risk Strategic Analytics, Strategic Analytics, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: conducting analytical and strategic projects from end to end for the development of credit card line management products; performing strategic analysis of marketing campaigns utilizing Industry-specific credit card knowledge and trends including Credit card line management and engagement strategies; developing and implementing lending strategies for increasing customer engagement, product take rates, and improved business outcomes; performing data warehousing and manipulation, performing data analysis, creating decision trees and segmentations, and extracting key insights using Snowflake, SAS Viya, SQL, and Python; structuring and interpreting data analyses and translating findings into actionable business recommendations; creating Tableau dashboards for stakeholders to explore analytics results; Evaluating the impact...
