The Marketing Manager ( individual contributor) is a skilled collaborator and leader who will play a major role in managing, planning, and executing high-quality programs for North America as part of Schneider Electric Advisory Services (SEAS), specifically in the US and Canada.
You will be a member of a global sustainability marketing team and a critical collaborator with sales, client management, and operational teams to drive value-add activities across thought leadership development, event management, lead generation, and sales enablement.
Additionally, this role is expected to actively leverage AI as a strategic and operational capability-using AI-powered tools and insights to increase marketing effectiveness, accelerate execution, and enhance decision-making.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit who embraces evolving technologies, including AI, to create innovative and compelling tools that make teams more effective and drive measurable business outcomes.
What will you do:
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Market Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of regional market trends and regulations and how they influence marketing strategy.
Leverage AI-driven market intelligence tools to identify emerging trends, customer behaviors, and competitive insights.
Enable data-informed decision-making through predictive insights and scenario modeling.
Strategic Marketing Approach: Collaborate on an innovative, customer-centric marketing plan aligned to the annual business plan.
Optimize channel mix, targeting, and personalization strategies across paid, owned, and earned media.
Continuously refine programs using AI-supported forecasting and performance modeling.
Update plans quarterly to reflect evolving customer needs and AI-derived insights.
Leverage marketing automation through Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and data/analytics to map and optimize customer journey.
Stakeholder Management & Communication: Constant interaction with internal / external stakeholders.
Ensure prompt alignment, timeliness, communication and execution of all marketing activity.
Communicate marketing plan and results to commercial leadership and cross functional leadership on a quarterly basis.
Sales Enablement: Understand audience pain points and support consulting teams with effective tools.
Develop sales materials (slideware, scripts, assets) using AI-assisted content generation and personalization.
