What You'll Do:


* Carry out restorative nursing programs as assigned


* Assist residents with walking, transfers, range of motion, and strengthening exercises


* Encourage independence and active participation


* Accurately document resident progress


* Communicate changes or concerns to nursing staff


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

What We're Looking For:


* Active California CNA certification (required)


* RNA experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate


* Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care


* Strong teamwork and communication skills


* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
