Join Our Team as a Dietary Aide!

Tiburon Hills Care Center is seeking compassionate, dependable, and hardworking Dietary Aides to join our healthcare team! If you enjoy helping others, working in a fast-paced environment, and making a difference through nutrition and resident care, we'd love to meet you.

As a Dietary Aide, you will play an important role in supporting our residents' health, comfort, and dining experience every day.

Responsibilities


* Assist with meal preparation and food service


* Deliver meals and snacks to residents in a friendly and timely manner


* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and dining areas


* Follow food safety and infection control procedures


* Support resident dietary needs and care plans


* Work closely with the Dietary Manager and healthcare team

Qualifications


* Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills


* Reliable, punctual, and dependable


* Good communication and customer service skills


* Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience preferred but not required


* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


* Passion for serving seniors and providing excellent resident care
