Key Responsibilities


* Complete administrative and managerial responsibility for the healthcare center.


* Act as the primary motivator and support person for Department Directors, partners, patients, families, physicians, and the local community.

Qualifications


* Current, active Missouri Nursing Home Administrator License (Required).


* Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Business or Health Care Administration preferred).


* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to provide exceptional care.
