HR Intern (Querétaro, Mexico)

What Will You Do?


* Support day-to-day HR operations (employee relations, onboarding, documentation).


* Assist in the implementation of HR programs (training, engagement, well-being initiatives).


* Support employee data management and HR systems updates.


* Help coordinate onboarding and induction processes.


* Provide support in employee communications and HR campaigns.


* Assist in HR metrics tracking and reporting.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Payroll, Training, EHS).

Qualifications for Your Success


* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Work, Business, or a related field


* Strong interest in HR generalist functions


* Basic understanding of labor regulations (preferred).


* High sense of responsibility and confidentiality.


* Confidence presenting and communicating ideas


* Intermediate to Advanced English
