We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehab team and help residents regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Position Summary

As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will evaluate and treat residents to improve their ability to perform daily activities, restore function, and promote independence.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities


* Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans


* Provide therapy services to improve ADLs, strength, coordination, and mobility


* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation


* Collaborate with physicians, families, and care team members


* Participate in care plan meetings and discharge planning


* Conduct staff education and in-service training

Qualifications


* Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor's required; Master's or Doctorate preferred)


* Active, unencumbered OT license in South Carolina (required)


* Experience in a long-term care or rehab setting preferred


* Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred


* Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills


* Commitment to ongoing education and professional development
