Location: Ahwatukee Post Acute
Position: Full-time & Part-time RN
Shifts Available:


* Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM


* Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Ahwatukee Post Acute is looking for skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide top-tier care to our residents.

What You'll Do:


* Assess, plan, and deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety.


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.


* Lead and mentor the nursing team, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.


* Educate residents and their families on health management and care plans.

What We're Looking For:


* Active RN licensure in the state of Arizona.


* Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.


* CPR/BLS Certification.


* Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.


* Ability to work well in a team and lead others with compassion and professionalism.
