A Brief Overview

The Financial Analyst serves as the primary on-site finance resource supporting plant operations through financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and accounting activities.

This role partners closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights, support operational decision-making, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure financial accuracy and compliance within the manufacturing environment.

What you will do


* Partner with plant leadership and operations teams to translate financial data into actionable insights and support continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives


* Assist with monthly forecasting activities and development of the annual operating budget


* Support month-end close activities including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting


* Report, monitor, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to measure operational and financial performance


* Monitor inventory transactions and analyze material variances to support inventory accuracy and operational improvements


* Review, code, and approve invoices while ensuring proper expense accruals and adherence to budget expectations


* Conduct detailed general ledger expense analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities


* Analyze customer and product sales, margins, and profitability to support business strategies and financial results


* Review obsolete and excess inventory and partner with supply chain teams regarding disposition recommendations


* Gather and maintain receipts and documentation for PCard transactions
