Are you a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others? We are seeking a dedicated COTA to join our dynamic rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing facility where patient-centered care and teamwork are our top priorities!

✨ What You'll Do:
• Provide direct resident treatment under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
• Help residents improve independence with daily living activities
• Educate residents and families on safety, fall prevention, and home programs
• Assist with adaptive equipment recommendations and training
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, physicians, and families to support resident progress
• Participate in care conferences and rehabilitation meetings
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and compassionate care environment

✅ Qualifications:
• Associate Degree from an accredited COTA program
• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state
• CPR certification (if required by state licensure)
• Experience in skilled nursing preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with Net Health and PointClickCare is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
