We are currently seeking a Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care in our skilled nursing environment.

Position Summary

The LVN/RN is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, facility policies, and professional nursing standards.
Essential Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care and medication administration


* Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately


* Supervise CNAs and nursing support staff


* Complete accurate and timely charting/documentation


* Carry out physician orders and coordinate resident care plans


* Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges


* Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards


* Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Qualifications


* Current, active California LVN or RN license in good standing


* Current CPR certification


* Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred


* Strong communication and leadership skills


* Experience with PCC preferred


* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
