Student Trainee Communications

Job Description

Position Summary
Provides support to the Communications team with internal communications based on ongoing internal activities.

Creates basic visual designs required to support outgoing communications.

Job Responsibilities
Other duties may be assigned:


* Basic / Intermediate editing skills


* Creativity in design


* Communication skills


* Proactivity

Activities


* Develop an internal podcast by creating and editing audio segments to communicate company updates and key messages.


* Maintain and follow up on HR tools for AutoZoner support.


* Work on an additional engagement project, creating short videos to share key BTSSC updates.


* Support the communications team with various tasks related to their area.

Skills and Requirements


* Level of formal education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree


* Area of study: Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field.


* Special certifications or technical skills: Fluent in English and Spanish


* Other/Preferred: Basic photography /design skills
