Job Description

Position Summary
Provides support to the Organizational Development team with internal communications based on ongoing internal activities.

Creates basic visual designs required to support outgoing communications.

Job Responsibilities
Other duties may be assigned:


* Basic / Intermediate Excel skills


* Creativity in design


* Communication skills


* Proactivity

Activities


* Registers and uploads all BTSSC trainings and workshops to the STPS (Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare).


* Schedules training workshops, language classes, and OD sessions via Outlook in the Contact Center Trainings mailbox and Organizational Development mailbox.


* Uploads training sessions into MIS.


* Delivers STPS courses.


* Designs STPS communications using Canva.


* Creates STPS training materials in PowerPoint.


* Prepares STPS reports.

Skills and Requirements


* Level of formal education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree


* Area of study: Administrative fields or related disciplines


* Special certifications or technical skills: Fluent in English and Spanish


* Other/Preferred: Canva proficiency
