Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production supervisor and drive operational excellence on the shop floor.
We are looking for a passionate leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working closely with people and processes, and is committed to delivering results while developing high-performing teams.
What will you do?
* Execute the production plan to meet delivery commitments and customer expectations
* Lead and manage production teams (approx.
30 employees per shift across 3 shifts) ensuring safety, quality, and productivity
* Allocate and manage resources (people and machines) effectively to achieve production targets
* Drive Short Interval Management (SIM) and monitor KPIs, identifying barriers and implementing timely corrective actions
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, promoting a strong culture of personal and operational safety
* Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure adherence to specifications and standards
* Monitor key performance indicators (quality, delivery, cost) and take data-driven decisions to correct deviations
* Support and validate autonomous maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and other teams to optimize operations
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
* Maintain close follow-up with internal customers and stakeholders
What will make you successful?
* Minimum 1+ year of experience leading teams preferably in a manufacturing environment (preferably metal-mechanical industry)
* Strong passion for shop floor operations and people leadership
* Proven experience managing production KPIs, continuous improvement projects, and problem solving
* Hands-on experience with production equipment/processes (sheet metal, busbar, or similar is a plus)
* Ability to manage people and machine resources effectively, including benchmarking across plants
* Knowledge of quality systems and indicators, with strong decision-making skills
* Experience in ETO / OFO environments is a plus
* Advanced or intermediate-advanced English level
* Strong teamwork, adaptability, and willingness to work in rotating shifts
Work Environment & Schedule
* 3 rotating shifts:
* Monday to Saturday (1st & 2nd shifts), Monday to Friday (3rd shift)
