Strategic Account Executive

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $208,000 - $312,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Mission
Drive strategic growth and deepen executive relationships across a portfolio of high-value global accounts within the Cloud & Service Provider segment.

Deliver tailored data center infrastructure solutions (power, cooling, and white space) that enable scalable, resilient, and sustainable operations.

Act as a trusted advisor, aligning customer business objectives with Schneider Electric's global capabilities to achieve long-term partnership and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities


* Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans aligned to customer business goals and infrastructure roadmaps


* Define and monetize account strategies leveraging Schneider Electric's full portfolio to support customer outcomes


* Build and maintain strong C-level relationships across engineering, procurement, and operations


* Serve as the primary global point of contact, ensuring consistent engagement and customer satisfaction


* Lead and coordinate a global cross-functional team (Account Managers, V2s, Project Managers) to drive a unified "One Schneider" strategy


* Own governance cadence including executive business reviews, account planning, and strategic sessions


* Deliver profitable growth by expanding share of wallet across all solution domains


* Align and influence internal stakeholders to ensure optimal support and execution
