based position, the expected compensation range is $117,600 - $176,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schneider Electric is seeking a Global Offer Manager to drive growth in our power protection portfolio supporting IT and digital infrastructure.

This role focuses on high-growth segments such as Edge Computing, Tethered Cloud, Hyperconverged Infrastructure, Digital Transformation, and Artificial Intelligence.

You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of innovative offers, from concept through launch and market success.
What Will You Do?


* Own the global performance of your portfolio (revenue, profitability, market share, quality, and customer satisfaction)


* Identify market trends, disruptions, and growth opportunities to shape the product roadmap


* Gather and translate customer insights into product requirements and business cases aligned with strategy
