DGM - UFS

Responsibilities

•Publish validated vendor forecasts in Kinaxispost-MPP.

•Review upstream CAMA and ensure alignment with demand/supply plans.

•Review, sign off, and monitor adherence to supplier LTCs (Lead Time Commitments).

•Lead lead time (LT) and MOQ optimizationinitiatives.

•Collaborate with vendors and MPLs to drive cost reductions using EVSM.

•Contribute to COS and QVEworkshops for cost-out and design-to-value activities.

•ImplementOptiflowstrategiesincluding expanded scope of:

•JIT (Just-In-Time)

•VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory)

•FTWZ (Free Trade Warehousing Zone)

•Conductsupplier QBRsand publish supplier delivery & performance metrics.

•Drive adoption of SupplyOn(supplier collaboration platform) across vendor base.

•Implement inventory reduction levers:

•Rebalancing,

•Resell,

•Reuse / reapplicationof materials.

•Track upstream risks and collaborate cross-functionally for mitigation.

Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of experience in upstream supply chain, vendor planning, or material flow management.

•Strong skills in vendor planning, MRP, LT management, MOQ analysis, and inventory principles.

•Experience with Kinaxis / RapidResponse, SAP, SupplyOn (preferred).

•Knowledge of lean, EVSM, JIT, VMI, and flow optimization tools.

•Strong analytical, communication, and supplier-management capabilities.
