Receptionist

Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist - Canyon Springs Post Acute
Pay: $18.45 - $19.45 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time (Saturday through Wednesday)

Canyon Springs Post Acute is seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

This is a strictly administrative role with no clinical duties or patient care involvement.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for our facility, providing clerical support in the reception area.

What You'll Do:


* Greet all visitors and families with a welcoming, positive attitude.


* Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system.


* Manage visitor sign-ins and notify staff of arrivals or cancellations.


* Handle incoming/outgoing mail and manage meeting room bookings.


* Maintain a clean, professional, and organized front desk area.


* Maintain strict confidentiality of all resident health information (HIPAA).

What We're Looking For:


* High school diploma or GED (required).


* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


* Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.


* Previous receptionist or administrative experience (preferred).


* Ability to handle practical problems and follow detailed instructions.

Physical Requirements:


* Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and talk.


* Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.


* Prolonged use of desktop computers and office equipment.
