Supervisor of Markets+ Market Design - Pay range $112,240 - $145,810

The Supervisor of Markets+ Market Design leads the development and implementation of Markets+ market design policy, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and regulatory requirements.

This role evaluates the impact of policy changes, supports coordination of key Markets+ initiatives, and serves as a central point of collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.

The position also provides leadership and direction to staff responsible for implementation support and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead development and implementation of Markets+ market design policies and plans


* Coordinate market design changes across systems, processes, and stakeholders


* Engage with stakeholders, participants, regulatory agencies, and internal teams


* Analyze market data and operations to identify issues and improvements


* Support and represent Markets+ initiatives in committees and working groups
